Switch 2 compatibility
Nintendo lists the Switch release as compatible with Switch 2, with behaviour consistent with Switch and a 3.5 GB size on both systems. No separate native Switch 2 edition appears on the pages reviewed.
Gloomsoft acknowledged the demand in a launch thread, saying a proper Switch 2 version would come before any physical release, depending on sales. That is a stated intention, not a dated announcement.
There is no verified frame-rate or resolution comparison between Switch and Switch 2. A reviewer described the controls as initially unwieldy but quick to adapt to; that is not a performance measurement.
Price and discounts
The US price is $24.99 on Steam, PlayStation and Xbox. A 10 percent launch discount was active when the stores were checked on 5 November 2026, putting Steam at $22.49 and the China region at 83.70 CNY from 93 CNY. Discounts end; treat these as a dated snapshot.

Languages and controls
The Steam and Xbox listings name nine supported languages: English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese and Latin American Spanish. Audio support may differ from text; check the store table for your platform.
- Steam Deck: Verified badge, full controller support, Steam Cloud.
- PS5: offline play enabled; PS Portal cloud streaming requires Premium.
- Xbox: Play Anywhere and cloud saves, so a supported PC and console share progress.
- Switch: portable play and the 3.5 GB install; no cross-save with other platforms is documented.
What actually differs
The documented differences are store features, not graphics modes. PC adds Steam Deck and cloud saves; Xbox adds Play Anywhere; PS5 adds Portal streaming; Switch adds portability. No verified comparison of frame rate, resolution or load times exists in the sources reviewed.
If you are choosing between PS5 and Xbox, pick the ecosystem where you want cloud saves or streaming. If portability matters, the Switch version runs the same game with the compatibility caveat above. Once you pick a store, the demo and download page covers the free trial and save transfer; the review roundup covers launch reception.
